How do I make a reservation?

You can easily make your reservation by phone by calling (970)-844-0215. If you miss us, please leave a message with the dates you are interested in and the number in your party and we will return your call.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. In order to reserve your machine, we take payment in full for the total of the rental period. You will be emailed a receipt verifying the rental day(s) and the total price of the rental.

Do you require a security and/or damage deposit?

We require a Security / Damage Pre-Authorization of $2,500 for full day rentals and $1500 for half day rentals.  Before you leave with the rental machine this amount will be a pre-authorization on your card.  We can split this Pre-Authorization between 2 cards, 3 cards, or even cash if necessary. Once the machine and all other rented equipment is returned on time, and without damage, the pre-authorization will be released. We wash and inspect each machine following each rental, and many times damage is not discovered until this process is completed.  If there is no damage, there is no claim on your pre-authorized funds, however our bank does not release the funds until the 7 day Pre-Authorization / Hold period has passed. Your credit card company may keep the hold in place a couple more days. Revised 7/22/2021.

You must be 30 years old to rent. You must be 21 with a valid drivers license to drive. A security / damage deposit is required, (run as a pre-authorization) on a major credit card, and you are responsible for all damage to the vehicle and other rented equipment. All renters, drivers and passengers are required to complete and sign the "Rental Contract & Liability Form" prior to rental. We reserve the right to refuse rental if we feel that a driver and/ or passenger's safety may come into question. No drugs or alcohol allowed.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All reservations and security / damage deposits require use of a credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 30-day cancellation policy. For reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date, your rental payment will be returned less a $50 fee per machine, per days rental.  This is to cover administrative costs and CC processing fees we have already incurred.

Cancellations inside the 30 days will forfeit the entire amount of the rental payments.

There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

Inclement weather does not justify a refund nor does it guarantee rescheduling your reservation for another day.   Revised 8/1/2021.

What happens if damage occurs to the machine during my rental?

If there is damage to the machine during your rental, we will assess the damage and give you a full description of repairs.  Keep in mind that this may take days or weeks to get a complete estimate from a shop.  When there is damage to the machine, we will retain the entire amount of the Security / Damage Pre-authorization.  These funds will be kept until the machine is repaired.  Often times additional damage is discovered during the repair due to hidden fasteners, and underlying or internal damage that cannot be seen until the machine is torn down.  The cost of the damage to the machine will come out of the funds we have retained.  If damage exceeds the amount of this deposit, we reserve the right to turn in a claim with our insurance company.  Repairs will be made as soon as the insurance company settles the claim.  A copy of the estimated repair cost, transportation and lost rental days will be emailed to your listed address. We repair damage with new parts.  Minor repair is performed at our shop and any major damage will be repaired through a local dealer. Revised 7/10/2021

Do you charge a fee if the machine is returned late?

If the machine is returned late there is a $25 charge for every 15 minutes you are late.  This equates to $100 for every hour you are late.  After the 2nd hour, we will assume you are stranded somewhere and we will notify the authorities.  No pro-rated refunds are given for early returns. Revised 8/22/20.

What if the machine becomes immobile during my rental?

In the unfortunate case that there is an accident, you get the vehicle stuck, or cannot return it to our place of business on time the renter will be responsible for the cost of Late Fee’s and Vehicle Recovery Fees to return the vehicle to Loop SXS Adventure's place of business.  These fees vary depending on the method of recovery but a good estimate is $175 / hour so that is what we charge.

Instances of mechanical breakdown that are not the fault of the renter will be addressed on a case by case basis with safety as a priority and in those instances the renter should not be charged for the recovery.

Mechanical breakdowns that are caused by or the fault of the renter and require a recovery will be charged against the Pre-authorization / Damage deposit. Revised 7/20/2021.
